The Broker/Owner of DN Commercial, Danny Nguyen has more than 15 years experience in commercial real estate in Houston and Texas.  He and his team specialize in income-producing properties, shopping centers, buildings and land. They have leased, managed, brokered and developed hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail space – in addition to conducting multimillion-dollar transactions with large and small landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and investors.
Danny utilizes his knowledge and experience to help tenants pinpoint the most advantageous and cost-effective location for their business.
He helps landlords fill their retail centers with credit-worthy tenants, from “Mom & Pop shops” to national tenants such as Subway, Family Dollar, Nationwide Insurance, H&R Block, Cricket Wireless and CVS or the right Tenant Mix.
He assists buyers in finding beneficial investments for their portfolios, whether those acquisitions are shopping centers, other income-producing properties or land. Working with Danny, sellers find buyers in a reasonable timeframe and with the highest-possible return.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member – CCIM – Danny is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The CCIM designation is considered by many to be the “Ph.D. of commercial real estate,” held by only 7 percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.
