real-estate firm based in Houston, TX, aiding
businesses across Texas, primarily in San Antonio,
Corpus Christi, Austin, and Houston.
His speciality is identifying opportunities
for commercial real estate investement opportunities, whether retail or land, Investment or users, preparing business plans securing properties
and locations (retail spaces amd land.) Mr. Nguyen takes pride and pleasure in providing commercial real estate services to clients because it reflects his basic core values and philosophy of life.
With his passion, knowledge, contacts, and
affiliation with a team of experienced professionals
in the commercial real estate industry. He is
commited to fulfilling clients needs and exceeding
their expectations. Mr. Nguyen is a graduate
of Texas A&M University (Corpus Christi)
where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration
and Marketing and was the founder and President
of the International Entrepreneur Society. Having
fulfilled the requirements of the Texas Real
Estate commission, he is currently pursuing
the highl respected CCIM designation.
