Overview:
The HR Intern will support our Human Resources department in various administrative and talent management tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about recruitment, employee relations, and HR best practices within the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Enthusiasm for learning and supporting a diverse team
